Payment can be made using paypal or by Bank transfer 
 

Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days at busy times



Please note that all shipments to outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days with your concerns and we will do our best to help. Return of items should be within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging (ie in a saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We regret that post and packing costs cannot be refunded. For your protection, please send items Recorded Delivery only. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity, you should contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you. If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.
